Job Description
Scope is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager for its Camberwell shop in London.
You will work with the Shop Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales, manage stock, and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
We value customer service, teamwork, and proactive community engagement.
The role is permanent, full time, 35 hours per week, with DBS checks and a focus on equality and inclusion.
