Job Description
Stevenson Fabrication are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team on a Full-Time permanent basis in Numurkah, Victoria.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of high-quality products, supporting the company's ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring the integrity and quality of the final products
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide your work
Operate a range of welding equipment and machinery as required
Collaborate with other team members ensuring completion of projects on time and on budget
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operations
What we're looking for
Self-motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
Relevant trade qualificationWelder Fabricator or Fitter
Proficiency in various welding techniques
Demonstratedability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellentattention to detailand commitment to quality workmanship




Strongproblem-solving and critical thinking skillsto troubleshoot and find solutions
Reliable,safety-consciousand able to work independently and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform all Inherent Physical requirements for welders as detailed within the PD. (PD available on request)
