Amplar Health Home Hospital in Adelaide, SA seeks expressions of interest for Intake Officers to join the team.
The role blends administration and telephone support, collaborating with the clinical team, service providers, clients and families.
You will handle referrals, enquiries and client documentation, with shifts 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm and 2pm-10pm on a 7-day roster.
Training and support are provided within a health-focused setting.
