Roster Coordinator
in Gunnedah Branch.
As a Roster Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing workforce scheduling, maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, and operational logistics.
Every day presents a new challenge, requiring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating and maintaining workforce rosters using ShiftPlanner
Scheduling labour for maintenance activities, major shutdowns, emergency breakdowns, and ad hoc requirements
Creating and managing work orders and purchase orders
Coordinating tooling, equipment, and vehicle requirements
Managing DIDO travel and workforce logistics
Preparing labour allocation and shutdown reports
Maintaining scheduling documentation and operational spreadsheets
Liaising with internal stakeholders, field technicians, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery

Exceptional organisational and coordination skills
Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and business systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

A proactive, customer-focused mindset
