Job Description
Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Helper to support general construction at an active jobsite and later assist with shop and field activities including rigging, painting, insulation, grinding, brazing, and more.
Successful candidates show a solid work ethic, reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
After six to nine months of baseline training, apprentices may transition into a formal state-licensed program in Welding or Industrial Electricity.
