HammondCare seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Dementia Support Australia (DSA) behaviour support program in Australia.
You will provide senior leadership, governance and clinical oversight to a national team, aligning with the Mission in Action, while delivering on program goals.
You will engage with state and Commonwealth stakeholders, manage budgeting and service delivery in aged care settings, and support continuous improvement across multiple sites with a local, borderless delivery ethos.
