Your Role
As an Appointment Setter in ourOutbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia.
Daily tasks include:
• Calling clients from our existing database
• Rescheduling online appointments
• Speaking with clients and confirming availability
• Coordinating bookings for consultants
• Updating appointment details in our system




You'll play a key role inkeeping our consultants' calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and working toward results.
Requirements
• 1+ years call centre experience
• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Valuable computer and administration skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable
This role suits someone who isorganised, confident on the phone, and motivated to perform.
Work Details
Location: Upper Coomera (Gold Coast)
