Summary:
We are seeking a Hospitality Introductory to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests




Assist with room service orders and other guest requests as needed
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
