$45–$50 p/h + Super + Travel + Penalties

THE ROLE
Lead crews acrossroad construction, subdivisions & general civil works
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and keep projects moving




Work alongside Site Supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
Hands-on role for someone who knows civil construction and isn't afraid to get stuck in
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4–5 years' civil construction experience
Solid background acrossroads and subdivisions
Previous Leading Hand experience or ready to step up
Reliable, motivated and hungry to progress
Strong communication and aget-it-done attitude
Machine Tickets (excavator, skid-steer, roller, loader etc.) Highly Regarded
