Job Description
You will provide person-centered support to people living with disability, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and improve their quality of life.
Key responsibilities
Personal care and hygiene support
Community access and social support
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Manual handling and transfers
Hoist operation, where required
Support for clients with complex care needs
Transport of appointments and community activities
About you
Experience in complex care and manual handling
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
Robust communication skills and a compassionate approach
Minimum of 1.5-2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker
Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care or a similar field
