Job Description
Western District Health Service – Hamilton VIC is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers – Personal Care to join our Community Services team.
You will provide person-centred in-home personal care, domestic assistance and social support to participants living in their own homes across the Southern Grampians and surrounding regions.
Versatile permanent part-time and casual positions are available with minimum 15 hours per week up to 38 hours.
