An opportunity is available for an experienced Underground Bogger Operator to join an established hard rock mine site near Bendigo in regional Victoria.
Working as part of the underground production team, you'll be operating CAT **** boggers on a permanent 7:7 roster across days and nights.
With EBA rates available up to $*****ph, this is a great opportunity for an experienced underground operator looking for strong earning potential, an even-time roster and long-term stability without the FIFO lifestyle.

The site employs approximately 250 people and is ideal for experienced underground operators looking to live and work locally in regional Victoria.

The Role
Working underground as part of the production & development crew, your role will centre around safe and productive bogging operations using a CAT **** loader.
You'll be joining an experienced underground team and will need to be comfortable working autonomously while communicating effectively with the wider crew.
The Roster
Enjoy an even-time roster giving you a full week off between swings:
7 days on / 7 days off / 7 nights on / 7 days off
Wednesday to Tuesday rotation




12-hour shifts
Your Skills & Experience
We're looking for an experienced underground operator who can confidently step into a production environment.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience operating CAT **** boggers or similar
Strong background within underground hard rock mining
Sound understanding of underground mining and safety procedures
Confidence working across both day and night shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Safety-focused and reliable approach to work
Ability to DIDO or relocate within the required distance of site
EBA rates from $*****ph to $*****ph
Permanent position with long-term job security
Consistent 12-hour shifts on a 7:7 roster

DIDO / residential position
DIDO & Relocation
For candidates looking to relocate, temporary accommodation can be provided for up to 12 weeks to help with the transition.
Long term, residential and DIDO employees are required to live within approximately 50 minutes of site.
