We're looking for anAccountantto join our team at CareChoice.
This is a broad and hands-on role that combines financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure financial accuracy, provide meaningful insights and support strong financial performance.
You'll be more than just a transactional accountant.
You'll play an key role in helping leaders understand their financial results, manage budgets, identify opportunities and support business growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and the timely delivery of accounting, reporting and analysis activities across the business.
You'll support month-end and year-end processes, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance requirements, while partnering with leaders to provide meaningful financial insights and support decision-making.
No two days will look the same.
You might be preparing monthly financial reports, analysing business performance, supporting budget reviews,



improving financial processes or contributing to annual planning activities.
Your role will include:
preparing financial and management reports, reconciliations and month-end reporting
supporting budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
partnering with leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
contributing to finance process improvements and providing support across payroll and broader finance activities when required
About You
You're likely to be an Accountant or Management Accountant who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
You'll bring:
experience in financial reporting, management accounting and reconciliations
strong analytical capability and experience supporting budgeting and forecasting
excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
a proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
A degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance is essential, and CPA or CA qualifications (or progress towards them) will be highly regarded.
Experience within disability, healthcare, aged care or community services would be beneficial, but is not essential.
