Job Description
CareChoice is a trusted disability services provider delivering home care, residential care, community access and SDA since ****.
We're seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality, governance, risk, safeguarding and continuous improvement across the organisation.
This hybrid leadership role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and sits with operational leaders to strengthen outcomes, manage incidents, and drive governance reporting to executive committees.
Based in Mulgrave Head Office.
