Design RV are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Pakenham.

About the Role
As the successful incumbent you will be responsible for managing the warranty claims for our dealerships and servicing departments.
You will have a focus on providing excellent customer service, rectifying all issues and concerns raised proactively and proficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities are not limited to:
Attending to warranty claims, registrations and forms




Robust ability to liaise with Dealers, understanding priority, sometimes with a matter of urgency.
Ability to work with and understand portals and software.
Ability to take direction from Warranty Manager
Coordinate parts orders for dealers, pick, pack and send out correctly
Attending to compliance certificates and ensure accuracy of same
Reporting on any reoccurring issues with our caravan range
Data entry and general administration duties.
Requirements of the Position
Previous experience in warranty within a similar industry (caravan or automotive experience would be highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record information
Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Offer a high level of personal commitment and focus
Having someone with an exuberant personality on your customer service team is essential as they can effortlessly bring a positive and energetic vibe to interactions, ensuring a delightful and engaging experience for your customers.
