Job Description
The Intensive Case Management role - Housing First sits within Protected Homes and Healing Program area at Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-Operative as part of the Homelessness team.
The role provides intensive case management to Aboriginal community member's and families accessing Entry Point services.
They will respond to referrals in a timely manner and coordinate access to a range of programs and services to support stable housing.
