Job Description
SPICES 29 PTY LTD in NSW's coastal region invites a seasoned Cook/Head Chef to curate a current menu and lead a small team.
You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure dishes meet quality standards, and manage costs, inventory, and ordering while maintaining health and safety compliance.
The role requires previous head chef or senior cook experience, a culinary arts qualification, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a hands-on leadership style in a high-end dining setting.
