Job Description
Synertec is seeking a team-oriented Business Systems Manager to drive transformation, process improvement and operational excellence.
You will lead a cross-functional team for BA, IT and HSEQ, partner with stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions, and ensure IMS and ISO governance compliance.
You will shape risk programs, cyber security controls and safety, quality, environmental management across the business, enabling growth and resilience.
