Social Futures in Tweed Heads is seeking a Program Worker to join the Reconnect and Getting it Together team on a Part Time Fixed Term basis to help young people build confidence, self-esteem and practical living skills within their community.
The role involves supporting access to services, delivering youth-centred individual and family interventions, and case management with strengths-based, person-centred and culturally responsive practice, plus supervision and peer support.
