Modus Projects is growing, and we're looking for an experiencedHVAC & Refrigeration Technicianto join our national Facilities Maintenance team.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail sites, maintaining and repairing essential HVAC and refrigeration systems — fromchillers and AHUs to CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems.

Your Day-to-Day
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll be responsible for keeping critical equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably.
You'll:
Completepreventative, reactive and planned maintenance
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Service and maintainchillers, AHUs, CRAC units,



FCUs and refrigeration systems
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance activities
Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Inspect refrigeration and chilled water systems
Identify opportunities to complete works more efficiently and cost-effectively
Complete building inspections and provide clear reports
Complete work orders, risk assessments and required documentation
Participate in anafter-hours/on-call roster
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving technical challenges.
You'll bring:
RelevantHVAC & Refrigeration trade qualification
3–5 years' commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience
Current Driver's Licence
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
Experience working across commercial and/or retail facilities
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Blue Card or the ability to get one
First Aid Certificate
EWP Under 11m
Experience with larger systems and critical environments — particularly chillers — will be highly regarded.
