Job Description
BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare family, is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to support clients in Logan Reserve, Mt Tamborine and surrounds.
You will perform initial screenings, develop and review individualised care plans, and deliver high-quality in-home care based on client needs.
Role involves driving to client homes, using CRM & CMS to manage records, and collaborating with the care team to achieve goals.
