Salary Range:$90,000 – $120,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking anIn-App Campaign & Engagement Specialistto plan, design, and optimisein-app campaigns, bonuses, and promotional activities.
You will turn business goals into structured campaign logic, user flows, and PRDs, then use data to iterate on performance.
This role suits someone with strongproduct thinkingand experience incampaign planning, CRM/lifecycle, or growthon consumer mobile products — not traditional offline or brand-only marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Planin-app campaign calendarsaligned to retention, conversion, reactivation, and ARPU goals
Design campaign concepts:eligibility rules, reward mechanics, user flows, edge cases, and page/interaction logic
Write clearPRDs and campaign briefs(Axure/Figma wireframes a plus) for product and engineering delivery
Work cross-functionally from concept → launch → post-launch optimisation
Analyse campaign performance (cohorts, funnel, ROI, uplift) and recommend refinements
Identify recent opportunities fromuser behaviour, segmentation, and market insights




SupportA/B testsand structured experimentation where applicable
Collaborate with Product Operations and Analytics on measurement and learnings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ yearsin product planning,in-app campaign/growth, CRM/lifecycle, or related roles oninternet or mobile consumer products(3+ years for exceptional candidates)
Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving
Proficiency inAxure(or similar) andPRD writing
Data-informed decision making; comfortable reviewing dashboards and test results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Full Australian work rights
.Can Speak and Write Mandarin is a must
Nice to Have
Experience withbonus/promo mechanics, leaderboards, missions, or gamified engagement
Background ingaming, sports, fintech, orsubscription/consumerapps
Hands-onSQLor campaign analytics tools
Familiarity withuser segmentation, churn win-back, or VIP/high-value user programs
