Job Description
Buxton Pratt Consulting in Melbourne's St Kilda Road precinct is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two Senior Property Managers with office and field tasks.
The role leverages PropertyME and in office fleet cars for out-of-office appointments, in a high-end portfolio environment.
You will oversee safety compliance, rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears, and maintenance, with field inspections and ingoing condition reports.
