Their consulting team works directly with executive leadership teams and Boards, delivering high-impact advice on financial sustainability, funding reform, investment decisions, strategic planning and operational performance.
The Role:
Lead the development of complex financial models supporting strategic, investment and sustainability decisions
Deliver financial and commercial analysis across business planning, feasibility studies and performance improvement projects
Assess funding reforms, pricing strategies and financial sustainability outcomes
Interpret financial results, funding impacts and operational performance data
Perform detailed financial analysis, reconciliations and data validation




Prepare board-level reports, presentations and strategic recommendations
Work directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards and executive stakeholders
Support due diligence, scenario modelling and strategic advisory engagements
Utilise AI and analytics tools to enhance forecasting, reporting and business insights
Mentor and support junior consultants and analysts
Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors on major client engagements
About You:
5+ years' experience in management consulting, financial analysis, management accounting, corporate advisory or related fields
Strong financial accounting and management reporting expertise
Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities
Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide commercial insights
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Robust written communication and report-writing abilities
Confidence engaging with senior executives and Boards
Experience within aged care, disability, health or regulated sectors highly regarded
Exposure to AI, automation or advanced analytics tools desirable
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification highly regarded
