Working alongside subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, software developers, and training professionals, you'll help design and develop engaging learning content that supports critical defence capability.This role offers the opportunity to work on complex military and defence training programs, influence the quality and effectiveness of learning outcomes, and contribute to projects that directly support national security objectives.DescriptionIn this role, I will:Lead and coordinate training development activities across multiple projectsReview and quality assure training content to ensure compliance with established standardsWork closely with subject matter experts and development teams to create engaging learning solutionsMonitor project schedules, manage priorities, and identify risks to deliveryProvide project progress updates and reporting to key stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design, writing, and media standards throughout the training development lifecycleMinimum QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****)Undergraduate qualification in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related disciplineExperience in instructional design, eLearning, or computer-based training developmentStrong written communication, technical writing,
