If you're part time, you'll be earning $104,****** to$108,****** + 12% super per annum (pro rata)
If you prefer a casual opportunity, you'll earn $***** to$***** + 12% super per hour

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in delivering the Newman Night Spaceprogram, working directly with young people to create positive,safe and engaging experiences.
You'll plan,



deliver and evaluate arange of educational, recreational and diversionary activities,while providing individualised support, identifying needs andconnecting young people with appropriate services and pathways.You'll help create a welcoming, inclusive and culturally safeenvironment, build strong relationships with young people,families, carers and community stakeholders, and supervise andmentor Youth Support Workers.
You'll also contribute to rosters,team meetings, reporting, data collection and program planning,while ensuring safeguarding, risk management and compliancerequirements are consistently met.
Your weekly work schedule:
Monday
: closed
Tuesday to Saturday
: Shifts available between 5pmto 11pm (approx)
Sunday
: closed
You could be working 5 to 24 hours per week (approx - depending onservice demand & your availability)
You'll be excellent in this role if you...
Have a genuine passion for working with young people,particularly young people who may be at risk ordisengaged.
Have experience delivering youth programs, outreach,individual support or community-based services.
Can demonstrate culturally safe and trauma-informedpractice.
Are able to work evening shifts and weekend shifts onSaturday
Hold,



or are willing to obtain a Certificate IV in YouthWork, Community Services or another relevant field, or haverelevant transferable industry experience.
Hold a current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
Hold a current Working with Children Check and NationallyCoordinated Criminal History Check.
Hold current First Aid and CPR, or be willing to obtainthese qualifications.
Relevant experience in remote or regional youth services,outreach, case management, community engagement or working withculturally diverse communities will be highly regarded.
