****Location:** Huntingwood, Eastern Creek **Employment Type:** Full-Time Relief Officer **Shift:** Rotating (Day/Night/Weekend) - Must be 24/7 available **Salary:** Premium - Above Award Wages + Super**About the Role**MSS Security is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at Global Data Centres.
This role is critical to ensuring the safety and security of one of the world's most advanced technology environments.
You will be responsible for protecting people, assets, and sensitive information while maintaining compliance with strict security protocols.
**Key Responsibilities*** Monitor and control access to the data centre, ensuring only authorised personnel enter secure areas.
* Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and report any security risks or breaches.
* Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
* Maintain accurate logs, audits, reports, and documentation of security activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to uphold security standards.




**Mandatory Qualifications*** **NV1 Security Clearance (must have)*** Valid Security Licence* Current Driver's Licence* Ability to obtain a White Card**Skills & Experience*** Previous experience in security operations, preferably in high-security or critical infrastructure environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal* Skills in relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
* Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.
