Golden Heart Services is recruiting a Disability Support Worker to assist a participant in south-west Sydney who lives with autism and complex care needs.
The role will start with casual and permanent part-time shifts, with a path to full time as the roster grows.
You may need to move between Bonnyrigg and Engadine as the participant relocates.
Key duties include personal care, manual handling, PEG feeding, medication assistance, and implementing the Behaviour Support Plan.
