Housing Australia seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead planning, delivery and governance of change management for the Home Ownership initiative, reporting to the Director, Home Ownership Business Systems.
You will refine CIA, develop CMP, manage risks, coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption, and ensure alignment with the CMF across the six-month fixed-term program, including post-go-live support.
