icare is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join a growing frontline team supporting homeowners, builders and brokers across NSW.
After two weeks of structured training in the office, you will move to a hybrid mode with three days in the office and two days at home.
You will handle calls and emails, investigate inquiries, and provide accurate information to help customers navigate the Home Building Compensation Scheme and its digital services.
