Sales & Marketing Manager at Mind Spirits & Co. n
We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our commercial output at a national level. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors Mikael GILLARD and Arturo BRACHO. This profile will have autonomy over planning and coordinating all national sales strategies, marketing operations, and brand placements for our premium portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Formulate and implement high-level national sales strategies to maximize wholesale distribution
n
Establish national pricing, credit policies, and volume discounts across multiple channels
n
Design, launch, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns
n
Maintain the visual identity and market positioning of our portfolio, with a focus on sustainable and native Australian products
n
Conduct market research to forecast premium beverage trends, analyze competitor pricing, and identify high-potential craft brands to onboard into our pipeline
n
Manage national marketing budgets, control promotional expenses to optimize ROI
n




Ensure strict compliance with Australian liquor laws and advertising standards
n
About you
n
Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a closely related field
n
Minimum 3 to 5 years of highly relevant skilled experience in sales and marketing development
n
Deep technical knowledge of the premium alcoholic beverage sector, with an established network across Australian hospitality and boutique retail channels
n
Advanced strategic planning capabilities
n
Strong financial budget management literacy
