General Labourers – $36 p/h + super + travel + LeavePlus
n
Weekly pay

Multiple locations across metropolitan and suburban Melbourne
n
Opportunities to work with a range of established builders and contractors
n
The Role:
n
n
n
General site labouring, cleaning and site preparation
n
Moving and handling construction materials
n
Unloading and assisting with site deliveries
n
Assisting trades and site supervisors
n
Using hand and power tools
n
Demolition and strip out work
n
Manual excavation and digging
n
Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
n
You will need:
n
n
n
A valid White Card
n
Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to work sites
n
Minimum 6 months construction or onsite labouring experience
n
Experience using basic hand and power tools
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work
n
A robust work ethic and reliable attitude
n
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Full PPE including steel cap boots, hi vis clothing, work pants/ shorts and hard hat and eye protection.
n
Advantageous but not essential:
n
n
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – regular work available on school and education projects
n
Construction tickets such as Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Traffic Control or Spotter
n
Previous commercial construction, Landscaping, Fitout or demolition experience
n
