to join our brand current Australian HQ in Sydney Olympic Park.

About the Role

This is a newly created role with a strong focus on
driving sales growth and building long-term partner relationships
.
n
You'll work closely with the Country Manager and wider global team to:
n
n
Grow and nurture key accounts and partner businesses
n
Identify new revenue opportunities
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
Support partner success through coaching, training, and engagement
n
n
This is a highly visible role where your impact will directly influence business growth in Australia.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Build and grow relationships with partners to drive revenue and retention
n
Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and online)
n
Analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions
n
Coach and support leaders with structured plans and goal setting
n
Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, payroll, and recognition programs
n
Support sales incentives, product launches, and key initiatives
n
Drive engagement through events, social platforms, and community channels
n




Attend national events, conferences, and partner meetings
n
About You
n
You're a relationship-builder who combines
commercial thinking with genuine care for people

You'll bring:

2+ years' experience in sales, business development, or customer success (health, beauty, or wellness preferred)
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
The ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
n
High organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Confidence working both independently and within a global team

A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
