Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an experienced and polished
Trade Waiter
to join our hospitality team at one of Australia's most exclusive private golf destinations.
n

About the Role
n
Working across our clubhouse, dining and private event operations, you will play an key role in delivering the high standard of hospitality Cathedral is known for.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing professional food and beverage service to members and guests
n
Delivering polished table and restaurant service
n
Providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service
n
Preparing and maintaining dining and service areas to an exceptional standard
n
Developing strong knowledge of menus, beverages and service standards
n
Anticipating guest needs and providing warm, personalised service
n
Assisting with functions, events and special dining experiences
n
Working closely with our kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service
n
Maintaining Cathedral's presentation, grooming and service standards at all times
n
n
Previous Experience
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a waiter or food and beverage role or a Cert II in Hospitality
n
Previous experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, private club, golf club or fine-dining environment highly regarded
n




Demonstrated experience providing professional table service
n
Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
n
Experience delivering high-quality, personalised guest service
n
Confidence working across restaurant service, functions and events
n
Experience working within established service standards and procedures
n
The ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
Current Victorian RSA
n
