Bendigo and District Aboriginal Cooperative (BDAC) is seeking an Intake, Assessment Planning Case Manager to provide culturally protected intake, assessment, planning and short-term support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community members in Bendigo. You will work to identify needs, plan supports, and coordinate care with internal BDAC programs and external services.
