3 days per week with children aged 9 years, 7 years & 3 years
n Rate: $***** - $***** (L1-L5) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)
This family would like: n
We are looking for a calm, fun and engaging Educator to support a lovely family with the care of their two children, a preschooler and a school-aged child.
n This role would suit someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections with children of different ages and can provide a outstanding mix of fun, structure, flexibility, and understanding.
n You will spend your time planning age-appropriate activities for both children, heading out on fun adventures in the local community and creating opportunities for play, learning, and everyday life skills.
n There are no school drop-offs or pick-ups required, however you will need a reliable car to get out and about for activities and outings.
n The family is looking for an Educator who has experience supporting neurodiverse children and behaviours and understands that sometimes the plan needs to change.




n You will be confident recognising when emotions are becoming heightened, calmly shifting the focus, and helping the children regulate and re-engage without turning the moment into a battle.
n This is a lovely opportunity for an Educator who knows that a great day does not always need to go exactly to plan.
n Someone who can bring the fun, stay calm when things get a little wobbly, and adapt their approach to meet each child where they are.

DRIVING REQUIRED
You must: n
n
Either be working towards or hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
n
Provide at least 3 references.
n
Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid
n
Have a car & driver's licence
n
Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
n
Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
