The Role:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume workforce requirements, delivering talent solutions across large-scale mobilisation projects, remote site operations, and village environments.
n
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
n
Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
n
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
n
Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
n
Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
n
Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded
n

The Person:
n
n
Experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within corporate, professional services, or site-based leadership environments.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
n
