Summary:

Immediate Start 2-5 Days a Week (Weekdays)

We're on the lookout for a part time Barista All-Rounder to join our friendly local café team. If you love making coffee, helping out where needed, and creating a welcoming experience for regulars, we'd love to hear from you!

What we're looking for:
n
• Confident working independently on the coffee machine
n
• Happy to help out with general café duties (taking orders, cleaning, restocking, etc.)
n
• Strong customer service skills - we're a small, lower-volume café with a loyal local crowd
n
• Able to make basic latte art
n
• Quick learner and eager to grow and learn as the business evolves
n
Supportive team & relaxed work environment
n
Weekday availability preferred
n
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
n
Provide friendly, attentive customer service
n
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
n
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee machine and work area
n
Assist with general cafe duties - including, restocking, and light cleaning
n
Monitor stock levels and order supplies
n
Create a welcoming atmosphere for customer
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Prior experience in a similar role
n
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and recipes
n
Excellent customer service skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Good interpersonal and communication skills
