Your role will include: n
n
Managing a residential portfolio of 150 LOCAL properties with assistance
n
Overseeing all aspects of property management
n
Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
n
Liaising with landlords, tenants,



and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
n
Working in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software
n
About you: n
n
2-3+ years' experience in a Property Manager role
n
Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
n
n
