About the Role n
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join an aged care team in the
Belmore/Campbelltown
area of NSW on a casual basis.
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN who is looking for adaptable work while providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents
n
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health conditions
n
Administer medications and treatments as required
n
Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
n
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
n
Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
n




Support residents with their daily healthcare needs
n
Follow aged care policies, procedures and relevant clinical standards
n
Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life
n
About n
n
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable
n
Strong clinical and communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Compassionate, reliable and resident-focused
n
Good understanding of clinical documentation and medication management
n
Current police check and other relevant compliance requirements
n
