SRG Hospitality - Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point.

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
n
Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
n
Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced workplace and remain calm under pressure;
n
Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
n
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
n
Must work well in a team environment;
n
Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
n
Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
n
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
n
Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super.
