Job Description
Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home in Dubbo is seeking a Care Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinical care team, delivering person-centred care. You will inspire and educate staff, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with aged care standards to support accreditation under the Aged Care Act.

To be considered, you will have a minimum of 4 years' RN experience in aged care, current AHPRA registration, and robust knowledge of ANACC, care planning, and auditing.
