Advanced HR Skills in communicating, correcting and motivating staf
Motivated, Excellent customer service and hospitality
Experience with Ordering / Stock Management
Rostering / Staff Management
Able to operate busy shifts on key nights, managing staff & security
Available Weekends / Nights Required.
Split between day and night shifts

Ideally coming from a big group background but looking for a refreshing hospitality change with less beauracracy and more customer focused and boots on the ground operations.
