Mechanical Engineering Intern
to join a professional engineering organisation in Perth.

n This opportunity is ideal for Mechanical Engineering students or recent graduates looking to gain practical Australian industry experience in
mechanical design, engineering projects, technical documentation and engineering operations

n Key Responsibilities
n

Assist with mechanical design and engineering projects
n
Support the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
n
Assist with CAD modelling and design modifications
n
Conduct engineering calculations and technical research
n
Support equipment inspections, testing and maintenance activities
n
Assist with project planning and technical documentation
n
Collaborate with engineers on engineering solutions
n
Gain exposure to Australian engineering standards and workplace safety procedures
n
Skills & Requirementsn
n
n
Currently studying or recently completed Mechanical Engineering or a related qualification
n
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles
n
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar CAD software
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
n




Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
n
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
n
Willingness to learn and develop practical engineering skills
n
Previous engineering experience is advantageous but
not essential
