Job Description
DXC Technology in Melbourne is seeking a Team Manager to lead a 12-person Workers' Compensation payments team, overseeing end-to-end processing of medical certificate payments and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with legislation.

You will drive performance in a quick-paced, regulated environment, coach staff, monitor workloads and quality, and partner with Case Managers, Return to Work specialists and finance teams to resolve queries.
