Looking to build your career in real estate? Ray White RPG is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work with a recognised brand, gain practical experience alongside senior property managers and enjoy a wide-ranging role showcasing properties across the Central Coast.
Key responsibilities n
Respond promptly to prospective tenant enquiries and arrange and conduct property inspections.
n
Process rental applications, complete reference checks and assist with tenant selection.
n
Complete ingoing condition reports, routine inspections and outgoing inspections.
n
Coordinate routine maintenance requests and follow up with tenants, landlords and tradespeople.
n
Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears follow-up in line with office procedures.
n
Keep landlords and tenants informed with clear, regular updates.
n
Maintain accurate property records and work closely with senior property managers.
About you n




A current NSW Certificate of Registration in real estate or NSW real estate agent licence is required.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
A basic understanding of NSW residential tenancy requirements.
n
Confidence using technology, with experience in real estate software helpful.
n
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to working as part of a team.
n
Previous real estate experience is welcome, but motivated entry-level applicants who hold the required certificate are encouraged to apply.
