Key activities n

Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.

Translate business and operational needs into explicit, testable requirements.
n
Work with technical teams, operational stakeholders and vendors on system integration and data improvements.
n
Support options assessments, business cases, UAT and implementation readiness.
n
Skills & experience n
n
Strong business analysis experience
n
Utilities industry experience, with exposure to IT and OT technology projects.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
n
Experience documenting processes, data and integration requirements.
n
Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall environments and attending operational sites as required.
