Job Description
BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Crime Detection & Analytics to shape how we detect, prevent and respond to financial crime across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work across strategy, analytics, risk and technology.

You'll set roadmaps for capability uplift, partner with executives and regulators, and drive innovation through AI, automation and advanced analytics to balance customer protection with regulatory outcomes.
