Experienced in customer service delivery, you have the resilience to remain calm under pressure.

What will you bring?
n
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support customers and work with key internal stakeholders
n
– Computer literate – able to use/learn customer relationship management databases effectively (our CRMs of choice are Buz and Zelda, and we use Google)
n
– Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but more important is a flair for problem-solving, a flexible attitude, and a "can do" approach
n
– Outstanding organisational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively
n
– Well-presented, driven, committed with a positive attitude
n

The Role
n
– Ownership & responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fyshwick showroom, ensuring product displays are optimised for experience
n
– Liaising with customers, suppliers & different departments to book appointments, and follow up on quotes in a friendly & timely manner
n
– Helping to serve customers in our showroom, consulting on a number of products and services
n
– Repairing & maintenance of certain blinds that can be completed in the showroom
n
– Full-time 5-day-a-week position with working hours (8.30 am to 5 pm)
n
– Can work 1 in 3 Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm) in our Showroom
n
