nCiti Club Hotel is looking for a dynamic and visionary Hotel Manager to drive overall operational performance and champion exceptional guest experiences. Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement. n

nResponsibilities include but are not limited to: n
n• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests n
n• Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management n
n• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations n
n• Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues n
n• Building and maintaining relationships with clients,



vendors, and suppliers n
n• Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue n
n• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner n
n• Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in positive working condition n
n• Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management n
n
nQualifications: n
n• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of study n
n
nOther Skills & Requirements: n
n• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management n
n• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills n
n• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively n
n• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills n
n• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis n
n• Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systems n
n• Excellent organizational and time-management skills n
